Alpha lipoic acid is called the master antioxidant.  It can restore other antioxidants after they have been depleted.  The following foods are high alpha lipoic acid:

Spinach.

Broccoli.

Green peas.

Brussel’s Sprouts.

Yeast.

Beef.

Kidney.

Heart.
